Showing truth to the hard days is so much more relatable, imo. My daughter and I have been trying our own Newvember with you, and sometimes it is just ‘I heard a new song’ or ‘I wore a new pair of socks’ Hugs to you on the hard days, especially because you are here for ours in this YT way

Please don't be so hard on yourself- we all love your content! Yes, shorter days make me less motivated too but I also have the luxury of a much warmer climate. I won't give you hair advice except to definitely get the extensions- we only live once so do what's best for you. And if you find anything that works for your hair please share! I am enjoying your November videos and extra hugs to Tika. 🥰☺️❤️😊🌴🦩☀️

Personally, I love the Newvember vlogs, I think you're hair looks great (it's so much longer than it was a few years ago!) and the new configuration looks great, but you should try the plant on the other side (next to the mirror).

Sorry you’re feeling so down recently ❤ Just know you’re not alone and that everyone who watches your content is happy for anything that you post. I’ve been watching your vids for a long time and honestly only watch maybe like 3 people regularly on KZbin. I feel like I’ve watched your vids for so long that it feels like catching up with my overseas friend and seeing what she’s been up to haha. My hair has been a bit of an issue for me the past couple years too so I feel your pain. I’ve seen the js vitamins reviewed super well but also. I tossed up between the two and decided on the viviscal which I just received, so I’m hoping that’ll work well 🤷🏼♀️ I think for your front nook area you should try and install a mirror to take up the whole wall, that would look amazing and make the area feel bigger, that other one is a bit small for it and you could steal it for your bedroom 😊

Honestly, I started watching your videos since my first year in high school now I’m a master student. I felt like you are my older sister growing up together on KZbin. So we old subscribers love everything u post.😘

Dear Melissa, I do feel you trying everything for your hair. All I want to give my advice is rosemary spray absolutely amazing!! All you need is fresh rosemary with boiling water in stove for 15 minutes then cool them for another 15 minutes. Spray before you shower your hair about hour and that it. Believe me it will grow back your hair after two week you will find a baby hair! I hope that work for you 🤍.

If you do the parasite cleanse, make sure you take a binder (like charcoal for example) because you want to make sure you’re mopping up whatever your body is trying to purge itself of. Otherwise die off is really rough

I never had flaky head/dandruff until covid (idk why, maybe stress or genetics cuz my parents have eczema and my dad also diagnosed himself with psoriasis XD LOL ), and I couldnt see a doctor back then, but I called my uni health service and a doctor prescribed some stuff for me. (you don't need prescription for it btw) So the main shampoo is Nizoral (UK), Seboderm (Romania) maybe you find them...they're basically the same, liquid color is pink and when it's bad you gotta do it a few days in a row, and after that every now and then. And in between I use Vichy antidandruff and I switch sometimes with Antidandruff shampoo from Amway and head and shoulders whenever there are no results after using the same one for a while. It works great for me

Have you tried taking Biotin? It's a daily natural supplement that helps the body metabolize carbs, amino acids, and fat and in turn, supports the maintenance of healthy and strong hair. Additionally, as someone who has had bleached hair for years, I recommend chopping off a good four inches at some point. It helps your hair to grow back stronger and thicker with more body and definition. Regardless, you are beautiful Melissa. I hope this helps.

my hair is the same.. but I have an oily scalp. I always had shoulder long hair but it started to look damaged (even though I don't even dye it or use much heat) in my 20s. Treatments and supplements do help with regrowth but the ends are thin no matter what..A year ago I stopped with expensive treatments and I now use extensions. which I won't be able to afford forever :/

Parasites are rare and you would know if you had one 😬 I don’t know what that tincture is, but I do know whoever told you it could be beneficial to you was wrong (again, unless you’ve been very sick and a doctor has confirmed you have a parasite) just trying to be helpful.

With your hair, unfortunately it’s possible that your PCOS is the cause of why it doesn’t grow so well. I know hormones are huge for hair growth. :( I know you said you tried some prescription meds, but if you haven’t already you might want to ask your doctor about Latisse - it’s a med that makes hair grow like crazy. I hope you’re feeling more like yourself soon Mel. ❤
