Recipe:
Cucumber - 1.8 kg.
Tomato - 1.2 kg.
Onion - 400 g.
Hot pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 bulb.
Dill - 1 bunch.
Parsley - 1 bunch.
Salt (large) - 2 tbsp.
Black pepper
Bay leaf.
Sugar - for each jar, 1 tsp.
Vinegar (4%) - for each jar, 2 tbsp.
Hot water.

Яэтот салат делаю много лет ,помидоры режу вместе с остальными ингредиентами , солю,перчу оставляю на 1-1,5. Часа затем заполняю бонки и ставлю стерилизавать , передаче закрыть кладу 2 столовые ложки подсолочное подогретое масло и закатываю . Очень вкусный салат .щ

TO TIGHTEN YOUR JARS: Hi Again, I’d like to add. I’m in the USA & I don’t have the jar tightener. What I have found to work for me. When I take the jars out of the hot water bath, I time it for when my husband is home so that he can give it a good tightening. (It’s really important to have someone around at that moment who is strong enough to make sure your jars are sealed good and tight! Thank you again, Melissa, I’ve learned so much from your fabulous recipes! Absolutely Love them!!!! 💞💞💞

Generally Ukraine produce the concealer tool. Copy this and search - 1.Машинки для закатки банок 2.Банки для консервации You can use any glass jar and metal lid you want. The important thing is to make sure that it is absolutely airtight. If air enters, the product will deteriorate. You don't produce one. Probably you just need to ask someone to send it, but... this key also needs covers, which you don’t have either. Therefore, if you bought something from preservation with screw caps in your store, then do not throw these jars away, but use them for your own purposes, for example, sterilize the lid and jar, and close as described in the recipe.
