Gut gemacht. Was die Leute so wegwerfen. Immer wieder die gleichen Probleme bei den Melittas. Drainageventil und Auslaufventil immer an erster Stelle.

I love watching what you do and I have a Delongi Magnifia I bought it in 2017 and the milk frothing and water spout became tempremental then stopped all together obviously it will cost alot to get someone to repair but I would like to have a go myself do you have anything or likely to do anything for that problem, as everything else works fine on the machine, please any help would really be appreciated and really miss my coffee😢☕☕❤️

Hi! Arrived here through google search! I wanted to descale mine as suddenly, the coffee wouldn't flow normally. It's starts 2 rincing, 1 flow, 2 flow, tries a third, but i can jear this one fails, and it stays stuck, as if water was empty. Any idea what it could be and where to begin? Ich kann auch deutsch sprechen, wenn es leichter ist (and french, obviously). Really nice work, it almost seems nicer as i remembered it new! 😅

Hello, have you not descaled the machine in a while? It could be that the limescale has dissolved and is blocking the pipes. Try turning the machine on again and again with the descaler in the water tank so that the heater warms up and turn on the flush. It can take some time for the limescale to dissolve. If none of this helps, then you have to look for the blocked spot in the machine.
