I love how Meliz says the Turkish Cypriot cheese's Name Hellim, say's the Greek Cypriot name to, and the Italian name of the tother cheese that we have in Cyprus. she is so un-Bias

The Greek Cyprian dish, Macaroni Pasticcio made with Halloumi cheese in the Bechamele will also have a can of tomatoes and tomato puret in the mince, garlic, beef and pork, red wine and slightly less onions. This is a traditional GREEK dish.🎉 and Influenced Turkish Cypriots with their own take on the dish....as Meliz has demonstrated and called it a pasta bake.😊
