I think you did well so far with the house… I’d suggest a couple of upgrades if I may… I’d add in at least 3 split a.c. Units and a couple of ceiling fans… the ac for the bedrooms and living area. And another upgrade I’d consider is to have some solar panels to reduce the electric bill…. Thanks

MJ...Highly advisable to change the color of your roof to lighter color or white...Dark color absorbs heat...lighter color reflects heat...Ito ang reason why commercial aircraft and cruise ships are white...Also Sydney Opera House in Australia and White House are painted white...

I have to admit I love this video and the thick counter top is fantastic. I remember the disaster typhoon situation and I think it's a fantastic new beginning. The window blinds with that kitchen counter top are perfect. I wish you could have spoken a little about how you arrived to those two items matching up so perfectly. It would have been nice if you mentioned the total final cost of everything? However, I understand that might be personal.

I grew up on washing in the machine and hanging outside in summer and inside lines in winter. Love your soft color beige tones. Warm and inviting. Yessss. Open concept. Love your backsplash, blinds, kitchen mats and living room curtains. The varnished doors look great. Well done Mj. Bedrooms lovely. And love the deck/balcony. Love the floor and varnished benches. Well done Mj. I remember last Christmas. The devastation/sadness/bewilderment. Seeing your brother in law almost get sucked away by the winds. Seeing him, Papa, your uncle, sister, mum and others cleaning, helping. Having to stay in a condo to allow for construction. Some great and some not so good. It’s been some year full of tragedy, love, traveling and lots of good eating. You have come full circle. Blessed. I love watching your videos... it's very interesting. I love how you provide for yourself independently. Congrats on your house, looks sooo cozy! I do have a suggestion tho, I think you should transfer your tv to the wall right in front of your sofa set.. and you can just adjust moving your dining table a bit more.... a wider space is a great idea... but the comfort of good angle in watching tv while snugged on the couch is a must in an interior design ethic.

I would build another bathroom next to the guess room but the douche should be apart and build 2 appartments next each other maybe with 2 floors so you can have some guess or even rent them with people close to you or rent them for a day
