I'm happy to see everyone loves Gayoung these days. I've been a big fan of Gayoung's since she was on the great seducer. Choi Sooji is most iconic second female lead character in kdramas to me. In fact, I think she had to be the lead. Because Sooji is a very special character and Gayoung played her perfectly. I've waited three years for her to get the credit she deserves as a actress, but I think in the end people value her acting. I feel like a proud mom and I'm gonna cry. Don't touch me!

You really summed it up in a comment! I am totally in awe of his acting in The Great Seducer, and I only watched this kdrama for the couple Soo-Ji and See-Jo. These two were incredible and so touching, besides, I never liked the main couple. Gayoung definitely deserves more attention, and I hope she can appear in a lot of kdramas.

@@mellowdomino9394 I can say that I hate the main couple. I'm glad Sooji and Sejoo were together. But I always wanted to Shihyun and Sooji end up together. I'm still mad at Shihyun for breaking his promise and breaking Sooji's heart. But I love Dohwan and Gayoung's chemistry and I'm shipping them so hard since then. If scenarists were a little smarter, more creative and more conscientious, this story could have gone a lot differently. As a usually platonic lover, I have incredible empathy with Sooji and that's actually why I love this character so much. Because I feel all the emotions she feels watching her, and Gayoung became my favorite actress because this character affected me so much. So I've always wanted them to be together, and I hope they're together in real life. This was my story about my heartbreaking ship and my complicated feelings. I hope you understand me. And thank you for caring and answering my thoughts.

I also really detest those romance dramas that make one of the female characters out to be a bad character when their only crime was just liking someone who doesnt like them back and all the people male or female in the comments are like: "what a bitch" "know ur place" or stuff like that.
