After listening to the album Prophets again, I searched for 'melodic hardcore instrumental' because I love collecting instrumentals from the genres I enjoy, and wow, I found this. Great job, man!

Glad you like it! Check my song "Fortune Favors The Cold" on my channel. Is the full version of this instrumental

Can't stop listening to these riffs dude but if you went into a breakdown at the end with the leads you're building up this would just be straight up revolutionary.

Would you be interested in writing a album with a vocalist? Looking to start a new recording project and my friend Cam from Born of Osiris can help with production

Electronic drum samples have come a long way but you can still tell they aren't real acoustic drums unfortunately. Kinda sounds a little like skycamefalling Long Island NYHC. Not bad at all just playing around for fun. Thanks for sharing.
@yighu8683 Жыл бұрын
I know haha, thanks for the tips. Maybe I can use other libraries/plugin that sound acoustic, this maybe sound more compressed. But is hard and expensive to use real drums for me

@@yighu8683 yeah dude I hear ya. I played since I was 11 and eventually built up a nice ass kit, with double bass pedal, a load of nice cymbals, a rack, etc and I had to sell it all to payoff some bills since I wasn't in a hardcore band anymore and couldn't really play my drums much anymore because of space, people complaining about how loud it is like bitches, and frankly just needed the money unfortunately. I'll probably end up getting another nice kit eventually, and I'd love to pick up some Roland V-Drums for an electronic kit that's just fun to jam out and practice on without disturbing people or taking up a ton of room. Those V-Drums are the best electronic kit IMO. They have a huge sound bank with a bunch of different kits, and the nice mesh drum heads. I used to play on them for fun when we had a Daddy's Junky Music store up here in NY. They used to have a couple kits set up in there. 👍

@@caveone-365 Yea buddy, I understand you perfectly. I had an acoustic drum kit for 6 years (although cheap) but i had to sell it recently for money issues, also the noise and space problems hah. In my country Argentina everything is 10 times more expensive. In the future I would also like to buy electronic drums, I know that Roland are the best. I imagine how fun it must be to put any library sound, besides that it does not make noise and is easy to keep

@@yighu8683 Yeah I totally know what you mean... Mine was a beautiful 6 piece Mapex Mars series in wine red. Had three rack toms, one floor tom, nice size kick and a piccolo snare with the Remo Flams 'woven' head cranked tight for that nice 'pop.' Had all Sabian AA and AAX cymbals: two crashes, big china, ride, hats, and two Ziljian Zil-Bels. Had all heavy duty double braced DW hardware/ Cymbal stands, high hat stand with the rotating base, to accommodate the DW 5000 double bass pedal I had. Later on I ended up selling the stands and switching to a Gibraltar Rack. I had all heavy duty road cases for everything since my drums used to go all over the place with my two bands playing all over the east coast back in those days. Lots of good memories brother! 👍👍
