@@alexander3813 Thanks for your recommendation. I just discovered Johnny Lima a few weeks ago with his music pushed by utube. This is a true great singer playing both hard rock and aor with many records. I have heard his early two albums released in 1990s. His superb melidic hard rock track "Crazy" did hit me in the heart much harder, but this one you mentioned is my first time to hear. Thanks again, I have kept it in the playlist.😄👌

In addition to Refugee & Northern Union, Myles was also a part of Avalon which released an album in 1977 - in 1979 he was part of Michael Fury which changed their name to Refugee, though they did release an album under the name Michael Fury in 1984 called "Affairs In Babylon" which was re-released in 1985 credited to Refugee. After Northern Union in 1995 Myles worked with Kenny Greer and released "Tales From Stoney's Bar & Grill".

I know Michael Fury many years later than Refugee, because once I saw the album cover of Michael Fury, which featured Myles' personal portrait and I found the songs are the same from Refugee's first album. 😄 About his very early bands in the 1970s, glad to know from you.
@Spinspiel Жыл бұрын
@@MelodicRockFeline Michael Fury was before Refugee 1984 vs 1985 and despite the same title for the album, only 5 songs from the Michael Fury album made it on the Refugee album. One thing to note "These Are The Good Times" was covered by Eric Martin (of Mr. Big fame) for the Iron Eagle soundtrack.
@MelodicRockFeline Жыл бұрын
@@Spinspiel Yes, I love that soundtrack by Eric Martin so much as a major single later included in his 1987 solo album and then I started to review Myles Hunter's version, a bit different in taste musically but so brilliant as well.🙂

@@miroslavkonecny9861 Hello, dear. Glad you like it. In Myles Hunter's living years, he has many underrated works which never spread. This solo album is a marvel in memory of him.🙏💖
