Hello sir! I need help with a thing in Melodyne, I edited a vocal track with it using the real time transfer option, but later i wanted to move the track to another place and the original track starts playing muting the moved version, is there a way to move the melodyne track itself? I don't want to to all over again and my laptop crashes everytine i try to do it again, thank you! (Edit: I'm using Reaper DAW)

Reaper supports ARA, so you shouldn't need to use the transfer option at all. When you load the Melodyne plugin on your track it should show up in Melodyne automatically. Then as you move the item around in Reaper it will automatically update in the Melodyne plugin. I've never used the transfer function myself. Before ARA was created, I would export audio out of the DAW, import into the standalone Melodyne Studio to edit, then render out of Melodyne and put it back into the DAW. It was a little more tedious, but it always worked as expected.

@@Tekkerue just checked and i have ARA enabled for VST3, but when i open melodyne vst3 it just freezes and closes (gotta be honest i have both programs in the illegal way so it might be that), still thank you so much! It made everything clearer

First be sure to save a copy of your session before experimenting. Next, you could try "rendering"out the work you did to the audio with Melodye, than re-importing the edited version as a new WAV file into place where you now need it to be. The audio can still be edited if-need-be but your previous edits will now be "baked" into the new file. Afterward I do recommend utilizing Reaper's ARA technology to further edit your tracks with Melodyne when/where possible.
