I always knew that you should only use the same make lamp for gel polish systems I'm just not very good at doing what I should lol but also I get sucked into buying cheap gels from Shein and Ali express (they have whole Born Pretty dept) and I dont have the will power to resist! I have a Sunuv lamp its only for me and I have chopped and changed while I'm actually doing my nails and drilled stuff off after changing my mind and I've never come across any uncured gel. I do usually cure for 60 though for each layer. I have so many different gels I'd need to rob a bank to buy the equivalent lamps! I am fully educated, I know what I should be doing I just dont behave! I worry with a battery lamp though when charge runs low would you be getting a proper cure.. handy if it works well. Brilliant vid as always. X

I wanted a cordless lamp for myself after having several of my lamps fail at the plug in site. I did see the melodysuzie lamp however decided against it due to the non reflective surface. After looking forever I bought one off Temu 😹it’s the best lamp I’ve ever had at a 1/4 of the price 👍🏻

That could get very expensive. I do have a couple different brand of gel polish and luckily I haven’t had an issue with my gel not curing totally.

Absolutely disagree and agree with Vivian!If you use “HIGH” quality not “cheap” brands you shouldn’t have any issue.Doing nails over 10 years with high quality gel polishes,lamps,hard gels,builder gels different brands with high quality products never had issues!

It's because they've tried and tested the lamp before they put them with their gels. If you look at the 'home of nail art,' they recommend different lamps with their gels as I'm guessing they've tried and tested them with their products. Xxxx

I use mostly Young Nails everything exclusively but do have other gels that I cure with the Young Nails lamps and those gels cure throughout. The Young Nails lamps are very powerful though. Melodi Suzi's things are nice but do not compare to the quality of YN's.
