i’m fully captivated by their performance, all of their gazes were so haunting and commanding your attention - i’m not a huge aespa stan but they ate the stage UP, left no crumbs, cleaned the plate, washed the dishes, and took out the trash. you can tell they enjoyed this performance as much as we did. they did NOT come to play around, this is by far the best performance of MMA 2023.

I dont rly get why people think that aespa had the best performance tbh except for bias... (everyone has their opinions) I mean more than half of the time you couldn't even hear them at all becouse of the back track. I know that's not their choice but it still dosent change the fact that it's true. Not to mention that the few times I could hear their actual singing, sometimes it was out of tune. On top of that the choreography is not even that difficult or exhausting. I get that mistakes happen and that's totally okay but still it doesn't change that it definitely wasn't the best. In my opinion kiss of life had the best performance, and even though their performance was shorter, they did alot more than aespa, in terms of rap singing and dancing. They're vocals weren't perfect either and they were out of tune a bunch as well however the difference is that they sang ALOT more. Their voices were very prominent and were almost stronger than the backing track most of the time. Not to mention the rap/dance break and the high note which even though was slightly off at the beginning it was definitely executed better. I love aespa but I just don't rly understand how their performance was the best out of all of the performances.

We can't make people have the same opinion, although that performance got "the best" in the award. And in my opinion, good performance is not only because of those criteria (that you explain in that long replies. Sync, voice, etc). It's just that in reality many people have the same opinion as me. but if you think kiss of life has the best performance, that's not a problem either. So don't force other people to have the same assessment as you.

I'm proud to be an sm stan again finally. thank you for putting in the effort for year end award show stages. irmb how I used to feel embarrassed bc kmy faves be the most senior successful group performing the finale and sm just gave them one outfit and the same audios no editing no remixing just so low effort and I rmb how embarrassed I felt as their fans them being the most senior successful group while having such low effort ass performance. i always felt like sms lazy ass production limited their potential didn't allow them to show the ppl how good they are and just made them so mid and made me even started questioning my faves' abilities. thank you sm. pls keep up this quality ty. wow those smtown Christmas albums (+concert) rlly cost so much look at all its budget spent on these performances. i propose that sm does Christmas albums once two years so we get one year spectacular performances one year xmas album
