Actually there is one I think you missed, Rosado does have a line with Eirika but actually so does Goldmary. Since while Rosado became the first to utilize Emblem Eirika, Goldmary was also there to help deliver it to your army.

(seriously, i have no idea why she says this, aside from the fact that she's a terrible liar. a speedy dagger unit with high resistance is the perfect counter to magic users. just look at kaze.)
