And do remember that Traveler lost against the Scaramouche god-mecha suit 168 times and needed Nahida's machine learning to beat Scaramouche. Traveler doesn't seem to practice their elemental abilities and just use it in a basic form. No wonder Traveler in gameplay is quite weak. His hydro element would only shoot water pellets at Arlecchino. Best he could was get her wet or use it as a distraction or blind her line of vision.

Traveller was the only one to break out of that AOE attack, plus we pretty much carried the 4 v 1 here, so I don't really agree, it basically made us looks stronger then 3 characters combined, but weaker then a very powerful harbinger... Nr 4, when just a few areas before we were struggling against the 11th and 8th, pretty sure its fine for us to lose to the 4th here and its not really some character assassination, we don't even have our full power back yet.

I don't like how they portrayed traveller in this fight. He should have used all 5 of his elements to fight. Create winds using anemo, block attacks using geo constructs, dodge fast using electro etc. This would have annoyed arlecchino to make her unleash her transformation. It would be far more exciting to see the traveller putting up a good fight but gets defeated as arlecchino freezes him. Arlecchino put up a good fight against Crucabena even though she was weaker than her at that time. They should have done the same with traveller. His countless fighting experience should have made him much stronger.

Though Nahida didn't help in combat, she basically gave traveler combat experience from multiple timelines in just one go. That's like decades worth of knowledge right there. Even if that knowledge is tailored to fight against Scara, surely traveler could've at least utilized some of their learnings there to atleast graze Arlechinno. And he never even used elemental power,seem like it just plot stuff that prevent us from beating Arlecchino and advertise her. He didn't defeated Childe, he just give up because foul legacy damaged his body, not because the Traveler was defeating him. With Ossial he didn't do anything special, any other character could do the same thing, he just defeated some normal fatui soldiers. ​@@luisfillipebeserra2108 Childe using his delussion was already giving the mc trouble forcing him use 2 elements ONLY TO RESIST one thrust. And it was hard to the mc resist that from a Childe ONLY USING HIS DELUSSION, not the foul legacy. In the end, Childe only gives up because the damage of the foul legacy form was to much to handle in that moment, and still had the power to summon Ossial and leave the scene quickly. Even if we have enough energy to face (with help) an army of Fatui, doesn't mean that the mc was stronger than Childe.

I think genshin devs only care about marketing there is no way aether loses to her like that in inazuma even before getting the power of friendship aether was able to hold his own while fighting the raiden shogun with only 3 elements and ei was trying to kill him too here he gets defeated easily.
