Brings back memories of how I used to rush home on my motorcycle, after work, splitting lanes in L. A. freeway traffic for 45 minutes to my future (and now dead) wife's house in order to get there before this show started! (How many other men were addicted to this, I wonder? Good times, and good memories...R.I.P., Lava.)

This was a very sad season for me, "the beggining of the end", the main and real strong Melrose Place characters started to leave the show ='( , it was a real torture seeing them departing one by one

Especially this season was the last for Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett, Marcia Cross(my favorite character ever). I hated David Charvet as Craig Field. Amanda, Peter, Michael only original cast members stayed on til the finale in 1999.

To me Melrose Place ended in Season 5 it was never the same when characters like Kimberly, Sydney, Jake, Alison, Jane left the show after that it started to go down hill. Even though Jane does return in the final season, it was still never the same.

After Alison, Jake, Sydney and Kimberly left, It felt over in so many ways. I wish they brought Alison back to say bye to Billy as he went to Italy, Kimberly and Sydney to partner up to take down Micheal once and for all, and for Jake to come back. I wish they gave Matt more screen time instead of killing him in a car accident, he never found true love

0:18-0:19 - the way Michael and Kimberly fall fits the music transition perfectly but after Jain left , Michael became the first one in the opening credits and it was ruined because this shot was no longer at that point in the music

Jane (even if she went back later), Jake, Sydney, Allison and Kimberly. Effectively, a lot of symbolic characters left in season 5. And we can add Matt, who left in the first episode of season 6. The last two seasons were not as good as the first five ones, but they had good points too. I loved Taylor (seasons 5 and 6), Lexi (seasons 6 and 7) and Eve (season 7).

Siempre pensé que los labios (superiores) de Lisa Rinna deberían haber sido acreditados como un personaje más. Tenían más protagonismo que Matt o Samantha. Igualmente, cada vez que aparecía un primer plano de sus labios, debería haberse avisado que podía herir la sensibilidad de muchos espectadores o provocar espasmos a las personas fotosensibles, sobre todo cuando ¿se reía?

I always thought Lisa Rinna's (upper) lips should have been credited as another character. They were more important than Matt or Samantha. Likewise, every time a close-up of his lips appeared, he should have been warned that it could hurt the sensitivity of many viewers or cause spasms in photosensitive people, especially when....she laughed?
