PvP Op Item . PvE Banished lord talisman just outperforms it. I literally kill Lilith faster than you killed that boss. Not the heart of Hota. On the other hand that ring on a stormclaw Druid who does not rely on resources cuz just use basic skill uffffff it would be perfect.

I got this uber unique to drop the other day. I am also a barb running a HoTA build. Don't you think that this uber unique is a con since barbs rely on fury to slam the hammer?

It can be but you can tank lots of damage, I think especially while affected by a shout as it generates fury when you're hit or something. Crazy in PvP
