What type of tombstones are those, and why are they calling it a bite? I saw one dude in a battle in my area,v do his tombstones the same way this guy did them. And no one called him on biting.

Cuz it's not a bite. Hopping tombstones have always been a thing. It's actually easier to learn hopping version of some mills than with ur head pivoted. Same thing with baby mills...easiest way to learn baby mills is by hopping off your back first and getting as much height as possible to clear your rotation before coming back down. After you learn the rotation you can do a proper one in no time.
