Dale Crover is and will always be one of my favorite drum players

"Space" is a good metaphor. Sometimes the tension a drummer creates between two beats can be more powerful than the beat itself.

yea same. He just compliments the riffs so well, like he really is tightly connected to buzz. Also a hard hitter with groove. Kind of like Bonham

No one can handle The Bit. Litterally the heaviest and darkest song ever written, gives me goosebumps every time.

Saw them play the same set at 3rd and lindsley's in nashville, they were incredible. Anyone watching this that has never seen them, do yourself a favor and go see them even if you have to travel, they will not disappoint.

Awesome recording! I always appreciate it when people film. I recorded the Athens, GA show back in 2007 and it took me out of the show. It's nice still having the show to watch anytime I want though!

It's proof , it doesn't matter what your guitar looks like , it's how you play it that counts . Great bassist I prefer Cody their last bassist . I think it's Cody , I'm almost sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong lol 🙂 massive melvins fan don't care what their lineup is . Buzz and Dale have been doing it long enough not to get shit musicians in 😎😀
@Charlyfromthenuclearcity7 жыл бұрын
Coady Willis was the second drummer. Jared Warren was the bass player. The two of them form the band Big Business, amazing band too. I was stage hand for them in a little venue in France, Jared is a really cool guy !
