मी मिलिंद तायडे जळगाव मी आमच्या इथल्या गृहनिर्माण संस्था यांना सभासद घेणे संबधी अर्ज केला आहे सदर सथांना 1986 मध्ये जागा मिळाल्या आहे आज 2021 वर्ष सुरू झाले 35 वर्ष तरी त्यांनी अद्याप घरे बांधली नसून सदर भूखंड रिकामी पडून आहेत तरी मला सभासद घेत नाहीये मी जिल्हाधिकारी साहेबांना निवेदन सादर केले आहे पण अद्याप 6 महिने उलटून ही कारवाई नाही सो प्लिज हेल्प मी

आमची संस्थाक्ष१९८२ ला रजिस्टर झालेली आहे.. तेव्हा मूळ सभासदाकडून ५ शेअर्स चे २५० रू.घेतले होते..आता काही मूळ सभासदांना त्यांचा रूम सेल करायच्या आहे.. विकत घेतलेल्या सभासदाला शेअर्स हस्तांतरित प्रक्रियेसाठी सोसायटी ला किती रूपयाचे शेअर्स घ्यावे लागतील. प्लीज उत्तर दयावे

Can I admit members who do not have units/flats in the society and they will be admitted in GBM on the basis of the FSI available the society is under going redevelopment? We will give share certificate to them. This way the society will be able to take funds from these newly registered members.

I think husband/wife/dependent children can not have two plots flats or house. But they may have memberships in more society

As nomination does not confer any ownership rights whatsoever, is meaningless to have multiple nominees and complicate the matter. The nominee entered in the share certificate as a provisional member will remain such forever unless he brings proper succession documents like probate/ succession certificate etc. If he dies before doing so, then who will step into his shoes? A widower father (sole owner) has 2-sons and 1-daughter. He nominates both sons only, with 50% share each. Father dies. Society enters both son's names on share certificate as provisional members. Sons do not bring any formal succession document. Matter rests there for 10-years. After 10-years they want to dispose off the flat to third party. Will they first have to bring succession papers? If yes, then the nomination done by father has not achieved anything 'worthwhile'. The rights of the daughter are not erased. In the above case, if the father wants to put his sons firmly in the seat he would be advised to execute and register a will.
