I don't recall Pseudo-Legendaries needing an item to evolve, especially a generation after its debut. Plus, Archaludon is a second-stage evolution. Pseudo-Legendaries are 3-stages; Dratini > Dragonair > Dragonite Larvitar > Pupitar > Tyranitar Bagon > Shelgon > Salamence Beldum > Metang > Metagross Gible > Gabite > Garchomp Deino > Zweilous > Hydreigon Goomy > Sliggoo > Goodra Jangmo-o > Hakamo-o > Kommo-o Dreepy > Drakloak > Dragapult Frigibax > Arctibax > Baxcalibur
