@Pop Cat Hey bro. So what I do is I try to go on a walk at around seven to get some energy out of me. And then I take a warm shower before bed. I also tend to avoid sugar loaded snack like an hour/two hours before bed. *there is alot that goes into this.* it seems to be working for now. And when you try to sleep but cant sometimes you just gotta close your eyes and let them rest. Try to imagine that you are dreaming and get cozy. Defo get very cozy. Also dont do what I just did and put ur phone to the side! Hope that helps but its different for everyone.
