It is pretty hard to wrap your mind around, but this is what happens. When you first open the video, youtube had not yet loaded the amount of views. So, it will show *"No views"*. When you scroll down to the comments section, it loads the comments at that moments. So, the views tab is not updated, but the comments have just recently loaded. So, when you are early, unlike me, it can happen. Hope this helps
