Because there’s the actual truth and the technicality where if you use a convoluted path of logic you reach it. That’s called “technically the truth.” Like, if I say “if I flip this water bottle then you’ll give me $1,” and you agree to it. I flip the bottle, but it doesn’t land on the bottom. (This is a bad example but the only one I can think of). You might say, “I don’t owe you money since you didn’t land it in the bottom,” and I might say, “under the terms it didn’t say that I had to land it on the bottom.” Thats the technical truth. The actual truth would be that it was implied that you would have to land the bottle on the bottom. The truth in this example would be the “implied truth” (I think) which is the actual truth,

Actually, I would dispute the "the average human body has enough bones to make one skeleton" thing. I don't have any data to back it up, but I would assume there are more peoplewho, through birth defected or otherwise, have less than a complete skeleton, than there are people with, say, bones that got turned into 2 bones due to birth defects or otherwise. Considering this, I would guess that the numerical average is actually slightly less than one full skeleton.
