Well guys I had pet bird found in garden and my mom friend find it i don't where but i was in a room and when they leave they give the bird to my brother the bird can't fly and the bird could be a baby and I think the mom bird abandoning and there only one so that all i say idk help me in comment to tell me to raise it or take to animal care or something I love me is If i raise it it be my first pet thanks no joking :)
