this guy justs seems quite misunderstood. the joe rogan clips are a business model called "theme pages" in which you upload videos with a specific theme and make money. when he says eradicate happiness, he means things like scrolling on tiktok, alcohol, fast food etc. which give you short term happiness but long term sadness (bad for health) the alpha beta thing can seem cringe, but he is just trying to prove a point how some are stronger and some are weaker and less successful
