You can use this or basic labels but I would not recommend using it if you have a business that requires large quantities of shipping labels.

Hi there, the ink is already inside the mini printer. You don't have to buy any separate ink for this to print.

It's compatible with paper size 6/12/14/15mm 16/20/24mm

I’m not sure why, but when I use the sample, it can’t print properly, I’ve done the steps, and it seems like the paper roll isn’t coming out when I print…

That happened to me until I realized that the roll of paper was not inserted properly.. Also remember to leave a tiny bit hanging out afterwards. Good luck!

Yes you the printer needs to be charged but mine came with it partially charged right out of the box.

There are 2 types of paper, You need to make sure you get the roll of sticker paper - the one with a wax backing that you can peel off. You can buy rolls of those separately as well. Good luck!

I'm not sure why that is. Can you check that you have installed the correct size of sticker paper? I had that trouble once until I realized the roll width was not correct. Good luck!
