My Mother used to Face paint at Celtic on march days. Wee Bertie had mutual pals in Johnstone. He used to seek her out on match days asking after people, making sure my Mum was looked after, introducing her to players etc etc etc. Always speaks highly of him. How friendly and genuine he was.
