I guess you should research and than point out. Caffeine can be good for your health. It will improve your brain functionality increasing dopamine and norepinephrine which ultimately improves your mood and will also help you in your intellectual activities. The most important thing people need to know is controlling the intake of caffeine, the way pakistanis drink chai or coffee can possibly affect their normal mechanisms. Why do these MBBS doctors interfere in knowledge related to Nutrition when they don’t even study nutrition in their entire 5 years program!!!

Badam khsne se dimag mazboot hota h. Is trh dekha jaye to in mohtarma ka dimag to bhut acha hoga to ye apne dimag ka istimal karke islam ko shi trh follow kyu nhi karti kyu ek gair mehram k samne beparda bethi hai. Kya yha inka dimag kaam nhi kar rha.
