19:07 jing yuan's biggest flaw out of any character in the game

@@sleep_deprived_Satoru i think what he mean is that jing yuan lightning lord dmg get split between target, however if there are a few squishy target like that 2 fish, that 2 fish will die very quick after the first few stack of lightning lord yet they will still taken the dmg from the rest of the stack which kinda over kill them. Had there been some way to not over kill those squishy fish to save the dmg for the tanky boss, jing yuan would have been a much more efficient character

@ducmaivan6980 yes, he's RNG in hitting targets, that's while he's a DPS, as for silver wolf, she has percent rate for her skill to active at the type you want, not RNG like jing yuan which the whole team depends on the moment his radiant spirit strikes
