How thoughtfully and graciously you invite us to create a safe playground for some of those core wounds! I've found myself creating omnidimensional new perspectives for what has felt the biggest betrayal of my life which didn't happen until my mid-30s, but the utter transformation of the universes I'm building now for myself have everything to do with that massive perspective shift. I remain convinced that if we could get two consecutive generations of thoughtful parenting, our world would be unrecognizable in its positivity. I believe this thought experiment is beautiful and can be healing for people that are in the right space to be able to practice and separate the childhood wound from an internal soul hug. It can be damaging for someone that isn't ready to validate their experiences and allow space to imagine a healthy scenario instead of what happened; or have the ability to hold space for that type of duality. It might be a good idea to add a content warning or advanced thought/meditative practice disclaimer to let those that are vulnerable know what they are potentially getting themselves into. I love your content and openness to let the viewer choose how they would like to practice and use different modalities. You're a beautiful and kind soul.

I can’t believe the timing, it’s so uncanny once again. Earlier yesterday, I was imagining if my father wasn’t abusive and my parents stayed married, and I was brought up in a loving environment versus the mentally ill drug addict, trying to kill my mother insanity that I went through. I’m 43 and single, and never been in a good loving relationship, and I think it’s because of what I went through. As time isn’t linear, I started to imagine, how I would I have felt as a child in it loving home. For some reason I have never done that before and was shocked that hadn’t so I started to create a meditation for myself to go back and try to re-live some of my childhood in my mind with my parents, happily married, and then, I saw this. How funny, I love it! But how does this happen so often? lol ah maybe I went ahead in time and saw this without knowing it and thought I thought it first? 😅😵‍💫

Thank you for this. 😍 I had a not very nice ex who would ... Be not very nice... I won't get into detail. But I have done this with a lot of those memories. I have thought of the incidents, let them play out and then add to them. Every time I think about it or I get triggered and go back there, I remember them with my edits. It has been very empowering. I can't actually change what was done to me, I don't deny it. It has made me who I am, but for my own memory, I now can't think about one without seeing the other. Wishing you all solace and peace.
