Discovered this in 2011. This song reminds me of feeling pure teenage love with a girl who was different. We were in highschool and both indentified as 2 people fed up with the norms. 2 outcasts who found each other on the outside of the circle. I would listen to this song and the gentleness that was her presence swayed alongside me in my mind. . . Simpler times.

There used to be a vimeo music video this song was synced to. It was sooo perfect. Im trying to remember what the name of the movie was. It was a story about an incestuous relationship between a son and mother I believe. It had so many undertones of frail and naïve youth. The music video ended with a girl on the beach smoking a cigarette and then the boy coming over taking the cigarette and then another one coming over to kinda make out with him and they all started to dance knowing life was crazy fucked up and all you can do is just keep dancing.
