Good Samaritan describes aftermath of mass shooting near LeMoyne-Owen College

healthcare worker Geneva Smith told FOX13 that she drove to College Park Drive to drop off a patient from a doctor's appointment. Once she arrived, she saw a squad car pulling up and two men lying on the ground. She ran up to one of them. Tragically, the man died.
