The thing is men don't go around telling people like women do. And half the time they honestly forget whereas women tend to hold onto minor negative experiences and exaggerate them years later when telling the story.

@@joefuentes2977 let me explain it to u because u clearly don't get it, women tell people what happened to them because so many men think it's okay and that they can get away with it. This has been a massive issue for so long but suddenly women decided to just talk about it, they share those experiences so it will be known and people will change. To show that it's not socially acceptable or tolerated, that's why they tell everyone. Not just for themselves but also for the thousands of women who are too scared to tell anyone, for their daughters who they have to raise in a world where they can't walk alone when the sun goes down or trust anyone, to make sure that society will change for the better

@toothpaste5751Then a lot of men have experienced rape. I have experienced rape. A guy in the metro touched me in the shoulder to ask for a question about directions and trains.....that was without consent and I felt vulnerable and my personal space was violated. Does that count for stats in guys or only for girls? Because if it does then rape happens a lot with guys aswell. The western world and feminism is some bullshit thing to blame all guys and the system itself for 7 drunk weirdos out there touching every woman they see. Like cmon,its called life and everyone has different experiences with people. The moment you say "well men are shit bc of this" you start creating a hatred for the whole gender because a bad experience happened to you. That is childish. Imagine if i go around saying all women are trash because i happened to encounter shitty women. Those rape statistic are inflated as fuck. You saw the example,even I have experienced an undesired touch so sexual assault is very subjective for them. A woman who has been stared at can consider it sexual assault for her and report it. Those statistics are bullshit and you know it. Also she says all the women friends she had have experienced it. All the women I know from families to friends have never experienced rape or sexual assault. It doesnt mean it doesnt happen but those statistics are inflated asf

She needs to maybe look at womens sexual attitudes that effect men in a negative way aswell. Women are increasingly sexualising themselves, doing OF, pics of their butt's out (literally sticking them out on insta) and I really believe this effects men in this way but women don't care. I think back to the 1800s when you had the odd few prostitutes but now it's like millions and millions of women doing this or similar for free.

@Karissa if you listen, you could hear the interviewer ask if she believes 90% of women have experienced SA and she basically said yes, but then changed to 1 in 3. Which is also a half truth. Especially once you add the fact that most men get SAed by women on clubs. I can even argue that once you start moving 30yo+ women are waaaay more likely to grab a guys ass than the other way around based on experience. She's using "sexual assault" to backpedal from rape. The definition of sexual assault is so vague as to be meaningless now a days. Feminists are professional and full time victims, masters of using vague and implied language to present themselves in the most favorable terms. The 1 in 4 statistic has been debunked for years. It was determined by a college survey with a low number of responses that featured very open questions to determine the statistic. It featured questions like: Have you ever been called a name by someone who had asked you out but you turned them down? Or Have you ever been touched when you didn’t want to be? (As in when someone is trying to get your attention or is trying to escalate a conversation for the sake of getting your number) If you answered yes to those unspecific questions, you went into the sexually assaulted category which later got conflated to the r*pe category

Very 1st line: "90% of women APPARENTLY have experienced this" APPARENTLY. THIS is the problem. People are getting a false impression of the prevalence of sexual assault. Social media is largely to blame. Also word of mouth (people lie). She said "Every woman I talked to". A common phenomenon is that women don't want to be the only women in a group that hasn't had a man SA them. Women have ego's. When they're together, and esp asked about it, they often lie, and exaggerate. She is hurting society. This spreading of hate should be illegal. BTW, Joe Rogan does the same crap.

Okay let's have a fake story. A man and a woman start talking. The Woman is already in a relationship. He doesn't know this. She sleeps with him. But regrets it. She however doesn't tell him. She is now pregnant. But she deleted all her messages to this person and asked him to also delete the messages because she claimed that it wasn't going to work out and wanted to part ways. However the husband became suspicious. And she created a plan. She would create some sob story claiming that she was raped by a guy she thought was friendly. Created a hoax of a story which everyone buys. This guy is now being berated online by a group of people and he doesn't know why. Then the police come. And arrest him for questioning because the couple made a report. He is now in jail for reasons he doesn't know but being accused of raping a girl to which he truthfully protests and claims innocence. When the court date comes he sees her and some other guy. She tells this false story and everyone believes her. With nothing but his word to defend him. He is sent to prison for a rape he didn't commit and now has to serve 10 years. She on the other hand feels victorious because now she can get an abortion and society will celebrate her. When in reality she is evil because she would rather an innocent man be sent to prison because she didn't want the knowledge of her having consensual adulatory with this guy and afraid of being disowned by her family. I'm not saying that every rape is false but many innocent men got sent to prison for a rape they didn't commit all on the word of a lying Woman to escape social punishment for her actions. And with the amount of false rape cases pushed by lying women it turns the tables on women who were actually raped because now no one believes them.

90% no, absolutely not. the 1-in-5 stat is from a survey that was done of women in college back in the early 2000s. The problem with the survey was it never defined "sexual assault" and when it was re-done a few years later with more defined definitions it was found to be only a tiny fraction of that number.

No I’m just saying that anything that’s vocal or said is not assault and could only ever be harassment as assault requires physical contact. Sexual assault requires physical touch, Rape requires penetration and sexual harassment is anything that could be perceived as sexual but there is no actual physical contact. For example making sexual gestures with your hands/mouth, saying anything that has some sexual connotation or saying things that suggest sexual motive etc but harassment is something that has to happen more than once for it to be considered harassment. Obviously if you catcall and it’s only 1 remark it’s not harassment same with compliments. All im saying is that catcalling and compliments are never assault the only thing it COULD ever be is harassment.

I guess this woman was away that day when her math class was learning about how fractions and percentages work. The current estimate (and by that I mean feminist guess) is that 25% of women have been assaulted. Even one woman being assaulted is wrong (which is why I have never assaulted a woman in my 71 years and never will), but this woman is being disingenuous.

Thing is, feminist do not care about assault or rape if the victim is male, and generally go about their lives thinking that men do not commonly face harm from both men and women. Feminist do not want men to speak over women’s issues, but will then tell people that men don’t get assaulted, killed, or have to worry about being assaulted, SA harassed, or murdered or that men don’t have to worry about that stuff.
@anotherrandomguy8871
@anotherrandomguy8871 Жыл бұрын
Actually, they probably do not ask men about their personal experiences, hence why they only ever tell you to ask a woman of she’s ever been victim. The only time feminist talk about male victims is to either say “well it doesn’t happen as much as when men do it to women” or god forbid if your perpetrator is a male because then they will say “well it was by other men!” as they will use your traumatic experience as a ah-ha movement to prove that all men are truly dangerous.

while the stat for sexual assault against women is high(I mean honestly anything above like 15% is high for me) it's definitely not anywhere near 90%... and I feel like now with how easily it is for women to falsely accuse someone makes the stats so much more suspicious to me... but also I really don't like how we talk about basically any problem in society not just sexual assault and abuse as a gender issue... when it impacts us both... like to me we should more approach it as a human in general issue... because it leaves nobody out of the picture either as a victim or perpetrator...
