Love this video... so many positive statements and outcomes - keep an eye out on the soon to come ...The Oasis Men in Sheds Project which will include women, we are also adding a cafe, gallery and arts and craft workshop but we need the group to form first, get some funding in and then refurbish the space we have. We are transforming an old Victorian printworks building so I am sure I will attract some retired men that worked in the building before.

The shed I go to on Isle of Wight is brilliant. Cowes men's shed is only restricted by being over the age of 18 years old and that means men and women. The best thing ever thought of.

What a fantastic place, I loved watching this. I am only 55 and probably won't work again due to ill health. My social circle has dwindled to virtually none and I really miss the working environment especially the banter. In desperation, I built a small workshop to try and give me something to do but it's a lonely place so I don't use it much. I identified with the men saying it improved their relationships as mine is strained because we spend all day every day together and have nothing to talk about. My wife works from home so is busy all day and to be honest, I think I annoy her being in the house all day. Maybe something like this we come along for me when I get older. Thanks for the video.

In the bible proverbs 27:17 says " as iron sharpens iron . Likewise One man sharpens another. " I see it happening in men's shed
