I love how the Jamaicans embraced Trini and showed their brothers love. We love to see our Caribbean brothers and sisters on the big stage doing massive things even when we are not there. You can't really have a kick in a 400 race. In a kick you have to speed up, literally no one speeds up from the 3rd 100 to the 4th 100 in a 400.

He probably could have pushed himself to get a decent time but wasn't stupid enough to risk worse injuries over 1 race. It's all laughs until Norman comes back from injures and dominates everyone.
