Jacobs was in perfect form and relaxed. Number one rule of sprinting, keep your form and relax.

Considering that he doesn't have the physical and technical characteristics of the 60 meter runner, this is the best race Jacobs has ever done. Better than in 2019, when still a long jumper, he ran the relay faster than Gatlin.

Coleman is the greatest 60m sprinter ever, Jacobs literally ran the perfect race here.

Right training schedule (weights at gym, workout at track, stretching and mobility etc) ❌ toughest diet ❌ precise recovery and rest ❌ proper technique and mechanics ❌genetics and talent ❌ Technology (spikes, track, blocks) ❌ Sacrifices ❌ etc etc … Concentration ✅ Okay

Was odd seeing Samuele Ceccarelli come out of nowhere last year beating Marcell Jacobs in both Italian/Euro Indoor Finals going from 6.72 to 6.47 in the process!

Coleman kind of sold that race. Jacobs ran his race very well, but coleman seemed to panic. But that was 2022 coleman just coming back from his ban. I think this year Coleman goes 6.3.
@dennisrobinson80088 ай бұрын
A lot of us knew it would take 2 years of competing for Coleman to be back to the 6.3-6.4 Coleman. Even a sub 6.5 in the 1st year i considered a success.
@TheoOJamaloO18 ай бұрын
@@dennisrobinson8008 It was the same with Gatlin when he came back in 2010. He ran like 10.2 or 10.3. 2 years later 9.79 at the 2012 olympics.

@justanotherwaver90658 ай бұрын
How is that possible. Put it in slow motion and watch both their back legs. Coleman full body was across the line before the other guy. The guy that won leg was dragging while Coleman was across it fully. Don’t make sense
@ilriflessometro38773 ай бұрын
You have to use the photofinish on the finish line, not slow motion! A hundreth of a second may be invisibile in slow motion because of different angles.

U do realize Coleman got a better start right but he ended up not relaxing as well as Jacob’s just reaching a higher top end way faster, costed Coleman that win
