Very impressive press event. His first engagement a few days ago, Ron seemed a little nervous. Lots of “ uh’s” and “ you knows.” What you’d expect. And he was fine. But this guy has been with Tony Bennett a long time, and it shows. He was thoughtful, insightful, good-natured….in command of his answers. He knows his stuff. And he communicates like his former boss. He’s got his own style of innocent, “aw shucks” grins that come off as natural and sincere, just like TB. We’ve got a winner here.
