I'm so looking forward to 'the scent' line comparison since it's my fav. I also think the original is surpassed by almost every flanker in the line which is not a bad thing imo, it shows the line is constantly improving. Thanks for looking at Vintage Radio. I did a blind buy of it and it is an amazing fragrance. I can't say how close of a clone it is, but what an alluring and nose catching scent! Glad you seemed impressed with it, it was a very nice surprise how interesting it smells.

I have Zara Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes and I love it, it's similar to LV Imagination. I have also sampled Vintage Radio and it's a banger!

@@shaunphan9039 - Personally, I would not pay the price of the OG LV, it's just way to expensive. I hear that Lattafa Art of Arabia 1 is a good clone. Also, Emper Intimation (which I own) is also very good. I've never smelled the OG but I do like that tea note.

I hated Amethyst at first but it grew on me and i killed a bottle in like 2 months lol. Its really a mix of OfG with Atomic Rose.. OMG its sooo amazing and addictive.

​@@rottenrebelsI honestly really love it. Maceration has definitely toned down the screechiness in the opening over time. I think it's a nice blend of a darker rose scent with lattafas synthetic oud. The dry down smells quite sweet and strong. It also reminds me of my own country so I think that might also be a big factor lol.

@@rottenrebels To me it's a great smell for spring and fall. Different type of scent. I can't afford every Initio or PDM on the Market, so VR was a perfect replacement for Paragon. It' suitable for daily use, so fresh, so sophisticated.

I smelled it at a local store. Don't smell the hype. It's imply didn't wow me. It smelled powdery and just blah to me, like I was smelling cardboard with a little fragrance.

Check out my video on Zara Tobacco Sublime 😊 I would probably choose Sand Desert because it gives me Kilian Angels Share vibes but with a twist (love Angels Share.). It doesnt have the same booziness of Angels share, and it's a bit different, but definitely Zaras take on that fragrance. Which of the two do you enjoy the most?

It’s unfair how good Vintage radio is. I have Paragon and believed it would be my all time favorite unique fragrance. Then Vintage came out and it’s kinda better to me. It tuned the plum up and toned the Oud down.

Yeah, Amethyst to me is a fail because of how sneaky nuclear it is. If it were just a little toned down it would be a lot more tolerable for me. Then again, Atomic Rose as well is after its namesake, atomic, haha. Vintage Radio is beautiful and so is Paragon. Actually the entire Hedonist trilogy (Paragon, Musk Therapy and Rehab) are some of my favorite fragrances of all time. :)

Finally got both Paragon clones! 👍🏾 Not sure its complete mark for Paragon, as they wear differently. Pear, try Montale's Wild Pears, Japanese Plum Wine and freshly washed hair... odd but smells amazing in air!

I wear two of the Juliette has a gun fragrances. These two are the only ones I liked from the ones I tried. Duration is 6 hours and moderate projection for first hour on my skin. First one I got is called “another oud” it is a clean woody scent the oud is synthetic not skanky more of a woody oud. There is this sharp raspberry note that plays well with the oud. If you haven’t tried many Oud fragrances you won’t even know it’s there, it is a good summer Oud scent. The second one I bought was “ego stratis” this is a summertime aquatic, fruity, clean scent, reminds me of an old school aquatic scent. Both unisex but I think they lean a bit more masculine. This brand uses cetalox and it is very present on both of these.

Initio Paragon is great, it's fruity but done in a niche type of way and not a generic fruity fragrance, doesn't smell too young either it's a great scent. Hopefully you get a chance to smell that one and let us know your thoughts

I have lattafa khamra but it kinda felt like JPG Le Male Elixir with the vanilla as the most prominent smell but without the powderness that you get with elixir

Layton Exclusif smells really good and Dior Homme Parfum is (with the intense) some of the best powdery scents ever made. Another + for option B is that there's more variation to it simply because there are 2 fragrances in it. 😊 Which of the two are you leaning towards?

Guys I felt same. I almost threw it away 3 times. Fast forward to a year and month later it’s changed. The rose is nice and oud gets better. It’s definitely not blind buy, I had to spray it let it sit then spray again let it sit for months. If you have patience throw it in the closet come back to it.
