I can't do it like you all, but I can certainly give it a go and do it the way I am able.....I am trying to recover from the worst internal injuries and disablement, given to me ages ago....what keeps me going is never give up, understand, learn and believe in the impossible can happen. Value movement and just ordinary movement skills, because you never know when you could lose it, sometimes there is no recovery.
