& how to pick up a few more hours for your day..i seriously have trouble just doing the basics: going to work & keeping track of all the bills, cooking & cleaning, & laundry…add in all the minuscule things like travel time, stopping for gas, getting groceries, getting a car maintenanced, & anything else that gets thrown in at random..the real toss up comes in when I have to decide to do more for myself (like a full blown skincare routine) or get out & be social to get a break from it all…oh yea I forgot SLEEP 😭

dude wipes may be more expensive in the long term and I don't know how much bidets costs but dude wipes are at least way better than toilet paper and make bidets less necessary if you use dude wipes. when shaving use single blade razors of decent quality there's one particular one at Walmart that's worth the price it is that has reloadable razor blades and is perfect and will always be better than multi bladed razors. also in some cases body odor comes from hair and consider the lives we live with such warm clothing we don't need body hair as much so using a safe nair product with no harsh chemicals or artificial ones I believe to be the next step after fixing your diet because if you eat shit you smell like shit

May I suggest either flushable wipes: Dude wipes or Cottonelle wipes? My adults sons love them. Also, consider approaching the manufacturers, Dude Products or Kimberly-Clark for a paid endorsement. They are biodegradable and designed with consideration for the septic system; just flush a couple at time. You’ll have a nice and clean ‘bum’.

Nice tips except for the last one. That’s not always possible. To avoid fast food. I think one cheat meal per week is good but to be fair as long as you exercise everyday you can eat whatever you want. (a few added on tips) cover all your high odor emitting areas with a glycolic acid solution, then add a antiperspirant instead of deodorant to prevent odor from generating instead of blocking it out. cologne 1 spray on neck, and upper chest. shower daily, even twice a day. and make sure you are not water or vitamin deficient. (make sure to have a good amount of magnesium, vitaminc c, and vitamin a. a natural chlorophyll supplement can also help majorly.)
