Welcome back, Patriots! Today, we're highlighting Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. The recent passing of my brother has brought home the importance of addressing men's mental health. Too often, men face stigma when expressing emotions, leading to high suicide rates.
In this video, I share my brother's story and emphasize the importance of seeking help. If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to friends, family, or call the Suicide & Crisis Hotline at 988.
Let's break the stigma and support each other.

Anyone else feel like this video has been shadow banned? View count seems way too low. Your content is fantastic. So much respect and appreciation for all that you do.

I've been there. When i was 17, i downed over 30 Wellbutrin. While in the ER, i flatlined and had to be brought back to life. In that minute, i saw and felt some wild things that i think about almost daily. Suicide for men is easy to understand if your cynical or pessimistic; there's life and death. When life sucks, death becomes more appealing. And since men are more daring, they live on the edge way more than women, its easier for men to make a bold and scary decision to end their life. What i found is men dont want sympathy or pity for being men, we want support. Its hard for us to ask for help because we're supposed to have all the answers and when we dont have the answers, we tend to feel inadequate and like failures. It would be impossible to completely breakdown the suicide phenomenon in a random comment, but that's the jist of it. Thank you for talking about this, but please don't pity men, just be there for us when we need you

Growing up,.. several friends, teens, died this way during my youth. Some of my friends were fatherless because of this issue. Odd how it seems to be most common among the males of our country. One of the common elements were feeling as though they had no purpose anymore. Nothing to look forward too anymore. Helpless to change it. So very sorry for your loss Heaven. Please keep doing what you're doing. Continue to be a light and continue to keep your strength solemn.

No purpose and being trapped by a psychotic woman who has the law on her side

@@notallowedtobehonest2539 Been through that one. Walk with a cane, when I can walk, because it led to her wanting to cash my life insurance policy. You're only trapped if you allow it. Leave! Find Freedom, Find a Purpose,... Live! It really pisses her off to see you find a reason to smile. There's a whole world out there for you to explore. The list of purposes to fulfill you are endless. Time for a new set of clothes, maybe hair style/color, new attitude of NOT having a psycho in your head rent free and find yourself. Finding yourself, or a new you, can be your new purpose. Easy to say these things but to actually do it,... is literally what living is all about and it's tough sometimes. So, draw out that inner beast all men have and Live it. It will never be what anyone thinks. It will never be what anyone else says but,... it will be yours! Forgot to mention,... when I left my psycho,... it meant starting over completely from scratch, zip, zero, nada and was left permanently disabled. Fought for custody of my twin girls for 3 years. They are my purpose. We won. Just the 3 of us! So,... if I can do that,... so can you. Leave. Heal your soul and F@ck the Dumb $hit! She can keep the law and her psychosis.

Guys mental health is a real issue. But do something positive and constructive with weights workout go for a walk or a run if you feel like saying something ugly or nasty keep it inside because that is what real men do. Yes we do cry as men but we do it in private and on our own. Then we come back home ready to work hard to provide to protect our families and loved ones by any means necessary.

Agreed - My brother would always remind me to channel my emotions into positive things which is why i started to work out. He would always remind me to only focus on the things you can control and anything outside of your control-leave it to God.
