well the best of the guys that were there i hope you know the best is yuzu nathen considers him the "god of skating" and "goat" quoting from 2022 after Olympics i hope you know that

110 yuzu got in short just for and 106 all way above nathen injury cost him a lot last 4 yrs or else nathen is a good jumper not a good skater he lack the musicality i am from america no bias in me
@noran7809 Жыл бұрын
I am a musician by profession and an elderly person. I don't think you know what musicality means. Don't try to tell me Nathan isn't musical because that's complete bullshit. When Nathan competed, in the PCS rating was even "Interpretation of the Music". Besides I'm not American.

It’s crazy how Nathan makes his skating and jumps look so effortless. These young men work incredibly hard and jumping cleanly is difficult. Vincent’s performance was also so beautiful.

Then why did he quit figure skating if he was that good?
@CarlosCastro_ Жыл бұрын
Last time I checked Nathan hasn’t said he retired. However, Nathan like all figure skaters has a life outside of the sport and he is current attending Yale University and has plans for the future, that don’t have to do with skating. And still won’t change the fact that he currently holds every record in men’s figure skating. The End!
@mirapetrella8860 Жыл бұрын
@@CarlosCastro_ he won't go back to competing I guarantee that. Maybe it's the smartest thing he has ever done even he can see that skating has now become a equestrian event. Illia will take over. As for records, he will lose those records to other skaters until ISU changes the scoring system again.
@CarlosCastro_ Жыл бұрын
@@mirapetrella8860…The only way skating would look equestrian is watching you try a single axel. In the mean time suck it up butter cup. Because Nathan’s records will still stand until Ilia develops into the skater that we all know he will become. And when Ilia does that, I’m sure you’ll be bitching and moning about that too. You butt hurt queen. Enjoy life. Byeeee!!

They totally robbed Dimitri of his proper score and placing . Men are still allowed to do single triple jumps ,he did a triple toe loop he should have gotten another 4 or 5 points for it ( I am not positive what tje base value for a triple toe is for mem) Not to mention Nathan was over scored AS USUAL ..Do not get me wrong he is a talented skater and he is improving every year in tje non jumping parts ,ut there is no way with the same bv and no positive Goes on 2 of his jumping passes was that program 5 points better than Vincent's.
@Gemini5303 жыл бұрын
No wonder Hanyu fans hate Nathan so much 😂
@emilymason78683 жыл бұрын
NATHAN is a talented skater and has improved year by year in tje non jumping parts. That said He has yet to face Yurzuru with Yurzuru skating 2 clean programs up 5o what he is capable of ,If he did it is Yurzuru would wipe the rink with him .I am not saying Nathan is not capable of beating Yurzuru skating at his best ,just he is not at this time .
@Gemini5303 жыл бұрын
@@emilymason7868 … LOL, Yuzuru could not beat Nathan even with a clean program. Even Yuzuru said it himself. He just could not match Nathan’s base value
@emilymason78683 жыл бұрын
@@Gemini530 I keep mentioning Clean programs because you will notice that even Mikhail Koladya here with a lower base value Quad / triple combo and a triple single jump instead of a Quad is only @1 point behind Nathan after the Short Program because he beats Nathan hands down when it comes to the non jumping difficulty parts .He came in third because he has consistency issues ,and the GOES and difficulty levels he has on spins ,foot work etc ,is not always enough to compensate . Now on to the subject Nathan and Yurzuru Nathan may have higher value Quads ,but Yurzuru can and does with clean programs ,make up for it in jump combos,Goes ( grade of execution points ). ,his spins ,footwork and artistry . In fact Yurzurus GOES are so high he never gets a negative Goe unless he falls ,and the combined Goes on his jumping passes are high enough to equal an addition 1 or 2 Quads ( depending on BV) In the 2019 World Championship He missed a whole jumping pass and still got high enough scores to be in second after the short program ,and in fact they were high enough that if he HAD completed the element, even e Without the GOES, he would have been in first .However like Mikhail he has consistency issues ,and that can lose him that advantage . Second of all if you know Yurzuru at all ,you would know he is the definition of good sportsmanship,generosity,etc . When not actually on the ice during a competion he will cheer on on ,encourage ,talk up etc ,his fellow competitors, whether they are those he trains with ,or those he only sees at competions, or skating related events
