@Awesome films review I feel like u are being very one sided, although it would hurt men as much as it would women, you are just seeing that it hurts more with men, but If if u hit a woman's chest she may develop breast cancer later on, however men hit their own chests all the time and seem to be fine.

@@devigopaul652 yep completely agree with you. In the first place it shouldn't be a competition, its like how people want to struggle or be oppressed so badly, women have lumps of fat on their chest and men dont, you can easily see which one would hurt more.

@@emmaflips1928 I sprained both of my ankles in ONE SUMMER by falling and NOT saving it, but both times weren't in the gym. So we know how to save falls IN the gym when doing dangerous shit... but when we're out of the gym, we're just as uncoordinated as the next guy, apparently... or at least for me.

I am was an aerialist for years until my mental health declined and i felt too low to go anymore. Rhythmic gymnastics seems _so_ impressive to me because you know they must have to spend hours and hours practicing a single skill to be able to do it consistently

I’ve been doing rhythmic gymnastics for eight years and sometimes you get lucky on your first try but most of the time you have to practice a lot to be able to do a skill really good

They do repeat each move like 10 times in between full routies during practice

I did RG years ago (good ol'days), and the training is repeat repeat repeat until you master a move (like kinetic memory, years later my body still remembers the techniques), also you need to have a lot of body control, even the tip of your fingers needs to be in control. And lastly if you have a routine you need to practice it until it "flows" like it is just one movement without pauses (if you watch a routine you can see that there are no pauses between the movements). And i haven't even started with the aparatus.... Anyways... it's a beautiful sport!! the career is generally short but is intense and very fun!! I did it mostly beacuse of the glitter, music and sequins haha

@@Emily-ud2kd Oh I really loved doing clubs routines! this is more like an anecdote but I was 14 when I first trained with them. My coach told me "you will take the clubs to your home and train every day with them: you will wake up in the morning and you will do rolls and spins!! oh! and you will take them to school and train in the recess!!" And I did it for a month! and I won 1st place for the first time ever! So they hold a special place in my heart
