I think this set backdrop (without the curtain) only lasted about 2 weeks prior to 9/11. Then the blue curtain came in.

Her "American" movies phase could have continued if "Sugar & Spice" had been titled "American Cheerleader" instead. This would have ended the streak of those movies being successful, though, since it flopped. I wish it had done better. I think it's great. Underrated movie, in my opinion.

Im persian and mena has in persian language many meanings: 1.a very old word for glass 2.the glowing glaze that are used on ceramic 3. The name of a bird called myna 3.the name a flower called Leucanthemum . This name is also common there as first name for girls.

But... after seeing her bio on imdb and elsewhere, it turns out that she's actually named after her Egyptian godmother. 😁 And naturally, Mena is American by birth. With Greek and Estonian heritage, among others albeit in smaller degrees.

You don't claim or own a cat. You offer shelter and service, the cat might accept and stay. 😏

@@Chillfanger When you hear someone, almost always a female, talking about their cat they will say the cat just turned up one day and they decided to just claim it as their own. Not once has any of those people ever said they made any attempt at finding the owner of the cat or that they it even crossed their mind. Dog people are the exact opposite and won't cease until they find its home and reunited with its owner. Dog owners become really distressed not only for the dog but the owner too, because they know what the owner would be feeling if it were them. Cat people only think of themselves.

you probably never had a stray cat, i see (neither did her). that's not how it works. the CDS (cat distribution system) chooses a cat for you and that's it. sometimes a cat gets designated for multiple people (multihome cat), sometimes one person gets designated multiple cats, thats just the way it is. a cat will just show up in you life (outside your door, you might literally bump into one in a run to the grocery store etc, one might break into your house). you also don't get to choose. once that's your cat, that's it, they'll harass you forever until you take them in

@@JoshPhoenix11but for real, although the CDS is a recurrent joke, people who have cats don't "claim" cats (not strays at least). you don't claim a cat, the cat claims you. cats choose their owners and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING changes this. if a dog shows up at your house randomly it's because he's most likely lost. if a cat shows up at your house it might be for many many reasons (he might be just passing by), but lost cats are easily identifiable usually when they show up. there are also cases of cats who will have multiple owners without they knowing of each other: the cat will eat and sleep, go for a stroll, show up at someone's house, everyday, people there treat it like its their skiddish outside cat, but it's theirs. owners only get a clue when he'll get really fat (because he be double dipping, or multiple dipping)
