Case can be only filed by a person. The police and court won't do that for you. If proven innocent, you can always counter case.

Many times she filed false cases and all her previous husbands and his families gone thru the trauma. Because of that one lady how many ladies of the families might have suffered, are they not ladies. If there are bad mothers -in-law existing likewise bad daughters in law must be existing.
