If you still have your old phone and access to your account, then go to the game and perform Data Transfer settings. They'll give you a code which you have to enter in the new device, and once done, they will link the old account. If it still doesn't work, then if you have your User ID, then email Nekki and request them to reactivate your account. If you are lucky they might help you recover it.
