@edwinbonsrah2818 💯 Especially in SF6 - which is overwhelmingly reliant on offense. If you compare Kobayan's and Itabashi's Zangief to Mena's you'll notice they can play a neutral reliant on pokes & fundamentals while being aware of defensive spacing. Sometimes, your opponent WON'T let you get an SPD setup. You have to force them to open up. Mena is too quick to switch, but plays the same way off the drive with all his characters. He's too reliant on gimmick setups with Gief & Blanka. His Akuma, Bison, & Luke simply aren't strong enough to compete at the top. He's gonna be in trouble in the next Cup.

There was a time when Mena was unbeatable, those days are gone 😁. I'm glad that the competition is more balanced now with players stepping up, like Dual Kevin, Acqua, Nain Jr, NL and many others. The fact that Nain Jr defeated him twice, both Blanka and Gief at Blink Respawn on Mena's turf sais a lot 🙂.
