Aku bagi kiraan mudah dengan modal 4.5 juta.. ko beli tanah dalam setengah ekar (21000 kp) kat area luar bandar dlm harga 200 ribu.. ko buat bgn rumah 2 tingkat ++ dalam harga 1.5 juta siap kolam renang.. ko beli barangan rumah dalam harga 300 ribu.. total semuanya rm 2 juta.. ko ada tanah yg luas utk buat kebun tepi rumah.. ada baki lagi rm 2.5 juta.. mana lagi berbaloi??? rumah area bandar yg penuh dgn kesesakkan atau rumah area luar bandar (bukan pedalaman pun) dgn rasa kedamaian... pilihan di tangan anda.. 😊 bijak owner rumah ni jual dgn harga begitu utk beli aset lain yg lebih menguntungkan..

Dia macam ni bang. Dia tengok jugak area tu membangun ke tak. Kalau ada tauke2 yang duduk area situ takkan dia nak ulang alik macam abang cakap luar bandar kan? Mesti target dia orang yang tak tau sangat nak design rumah macam mana, malas nak pikir tapi duit banyak.Saya duduk USJ juga. Rumah saya yang pekak ni pun saya terkejut harga boleh sampai 1 juta dulu beli 250k je. Kalau abang nak kira mana lebih menguntungkan cuba abang tengok condo One KL harga berapa. Takut abang terkejut condo harga 10 juta.
