100%True! The Ugandans you are wondering are those who never saw a 'blackboard', that's what commentators here on the platform are not understanding. 1. The young ones are those who ran away from their villages to come to the biggest city to work (thinking there and then) they will become well of, or let alone rich. 2. Those who come from poor families and never saw a 'chalk' completely. 3. Those who lost parents at the young age and didnt get chance to see a 'blackboard'. 4. Those from broken families ( whereby papa divorces mama) and children are left behind with grandparents. 5. Those who were big headed and never wanted to go to school. All those guys never went to school. And those who got a chance in childhood, stopped like in primary 3,4,7 that's were they usually stop. If the uneducated Ugandans can speak such english and even challenge 'a questioner teacher'. Then what about their educated ones? Conclusion; All those are uneducated street people who learn english on streets through everyday hustling. Ugandans have many foreign students which is unbelievable for those who've never been to that country and its since many years so. May day break Thulan😂😂😂!

True. Teacher Mpamire is very good at identifying these unschooled Ugandans..... they are scattered around food markets, roadside stalls, vehicle garages, etc. But on the whole, Uganda 🇺🇬 speaks and writes the best English language in Africa 😍

That person what she/he wrote is true. Those people Teacher Mpamiire interviewing never went to school. Those are once children who are now grown ups, who come from very poor families, whereby parents never manged to send them to school, those who ran away from parents(villages to come and work in city, before completing school), others from broken families growing up with grandparents who couldn't send them to school. The english they speak they learn it on streets with everyday hustling.. majority of whole Uganda do speak good english. English is the official language and a commercial one.. though they have their own dialects. It sounds unbelievable but it's the truth 😂😂😂 My friend Ugandans are so educative whereby its one of the country in Africa with many foreign students, because of their education system. Step in Uganda you will discover more. Why do you think it's the most entrepreneur country in the whole world😂😂😂?? That person didnt see them because everyone in Uganda/on streets speaks a better/good English, so its heard to realise how the system works with them. Those guys being interviewed never went to school.. believe it or not.. that's the truth😂
