There are a lot questions that need to be answered. You hear that that the reply is from the Namibian Ambassador in Germany. You wonder how such communication could arise if it were not government and government arrangement. And if that's the case, I would only expect official communication with the government of Uganda! It's not even clear whether Kabaka Mutebi delivered himself to this facility for no one seems to have done so. Could it be that Kabaka Mutebi 's is free for anyone who cares to toy with him?

Kabaka is mentally and emotionally challenged right now. The facility in Namibia treats psychiatric and physiological disorders. It is a serious issue to Buganda and a sad one. My prayers go to him.

To say that Kabaka is mentally ill is far too exaggerated! How does he qualify to go by this description? Unless you tell us that what we have been officially hearing from Mengo was nothing near the truth. Unless all were a pack of lies, impersonation, and any other evil you can think of. So many fresh appointments, dismissals, confirmations, and other decisions have been made at Mengo by him in the near past (less than two months ago which is indicated by the Namibian letter). Stanley Ndugu Njawulo of The Investigator TV also personally informed us in one of your programs of one week or so, that "Kabaka gyali mulamu, si muwambe, akola bibye era asajjalaata ng'omusajja yenna". Unless you explain to us when exactly the Kabaka stopped okusajjalaata and went mentally ill. Secondly, in such serious issues and with such a high profile person, such allegations would have been possible if he had been subjected to "another specialist for a second opinion". Whether the Kabaka is "mentally ill as he has been labeled or not, ffe Abaganda twaagala Kabaka waffe. Mumutukwaase mulabe bwatulema okujjanjaba.

A SINCERE QUESTION :. How do you explain the fact that there have been social media sources which have persistently and consistently maintained that there "is something terribly fishy going on with the Kabaka's health". These sources have always been abused and ridiculed and their information rubbished. However, for people who don't block information but receive it alongside other sources and sieve it for themselves, continued listening to everybody. It has been a fact that 90% of what those social media sources put across came to pass (including what you are telling us now); in exactly the same form and same chronology as those forums forecast!! One thing I can say is that we are all pawns in someone’s master game. Now Mayiga can start to process of removing the Kabaka on the basis of not being fit enough to act as Kabaka (mental health grounds). If we took it back to the Kabaks kidnap stories and stage “where is the Kabaka” story, could it be that they were trying to force a very public disclosure of his mental health? They stand to benefit from this revelation.
