mam only why this muscles gets spasm even other muscles also get nerve supply from peripheral nerves why will they not get spasm

Poornima see; Neck rigidity n Kernig’s - Spasm is elicited when you make that particular muscle contract ie if u test other inflamed muscles as well, spasm would likely be elicited in them as well.... Brudzinski leg n neck - suggests inflammation has reached upto the lumbar spaces Tis just that it is easy to appreciate gross movements of the limbs....
